В 23 сезоне сериала «Доктор Кто» Повелители Времени материализуют ТАРДИС на космической станции. Там находится Доктор в своей шестой реинкарнации. У героя случилась потеря памяти, из-за которой ему никак не удается вспомнить, что произошло с его попутчицей Пери. По распоряжению Верховного совета Повелителей Времени Доктор должен появиться на судебном заседании и ответить за то, что он нарушил закон, вмешавшись в историю других народов. Сторона обвинения решает продемонстрировать Совету файлы с фрагментами прошлых путешествий Доктора. Таким образом они собираются доказать его вину.
