The year is 1994. A single father, a veteran of the Afghan war, is forced to work for a powerful bandit. Being on the verge of death from a serious illness, he decides on a desperate act – robbing his boss – in order to provide his little daughter with money and new documents. She will have to leave the city and start a new life. But what seemed like a simple operation soon turns into a chain of endless bloody crimes, in which hope for a happy future becomes more and more illusory...
