Continuity

When 49er One opens fire on two of his own men, they are facing him as they collapse. When they get back to their feet to fire at the agents, their backs are turned towards 49er One.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

The helicopter carrying the commandos goes down very close to the prisoner's execution at midnight. Yet an FBI agent later says the helicopter crashed "around 7:30". This has been mistakenly taken as a continuity error, but in aviation, the military and other international operations times are usually given in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time, or "world time"), so 07:30 UTC is equivalent to 23:30 PST (Pacific Standard Time).

During the infirmary struggle, the villain draws a pistol on Sasha, and the "bullets" striking the surrounding scenery do not follow the trajectory the firearm is pointed along.
