(at about the 14-minute mark) For her wedding, Bella's hair is styled so the left side is more elaborately done than the right. That means while she's on the altar, the 'prettier' side isn't visible to her guests. There's no way Alice would have missed that; she would have ensured Bella's hair was styled on the right so everyone could see it.
During the mid-credits scene, Bianca, the Volturi's secretary, is dragged away by two Volturi guards. Vampires in The Twilight Saga are portrayed as extraordinarily powerful, so two of them would not be required to move someone against their will.
(at around 29 mins) Edward and Bella departed their wedding reception in Forks at night. They are shown arriving in Rio at night, still wearing the same clothes. Forks' time zone is six hours behind Rio. Even assuming they left as soon as it grew dark and flew in the private jet, they would have arrived in Rio during the day.
(at around 1 hr 19 mins) When Bella first chooses to drink human blood to save herself and her unborn child, she utters the words: "I'll try anything." If you look closely at her mouth as she says them, you can see a red, blood-like substance lodged between her teeth even before she takes her first mouthful.
(at about 42 minutes) When Bella climbs onto Edward's back just before they leap from the cliff into the sea on their honeymoon, she is wearing shoes, but the instant Edward leaps her feet are bare.
(at about 30 minutes in) Edward and Bella are wearing their wedding rings following the ceremony and while in the taxi in Rio. However, when they alight from the taxi and walk through the street party, they are no longer wearing their rings.

The camera focuses on Bella's and Jacob's hands, showing Bella wearing her engagement ring on her right hand; in the next shot of their hands the ring has disappeared. Then, when Bella begins to be sick, the ring is back on her finger.
(at approximately 10 minutes in) During the wedding hair and make-up preparations, Alice places the decorative comb into Bella's hair on several occasions.

(at about the 11-minute mark) Although Edward and Bella clearly marry in daylight, none of the vampires sparkle because Forks is generally overcast and only direct sunlight causes their skin to react. They routinely attend school and work during the day without sparkling.
Contrary to popular belief, the moon is not full every night throughout this film. It appears full on only two occasions: the night of Edward and Bella's wedding (the first night of their honeymoon) and the night after Edward and Bella have returned to Forks. Exactly 28 days pass between those two evenings, which makes up one complete lunar cycle. The full moon is shown on those two nights to signal to the audience that Bella's pregnancy has advanced to nearly full-term, even though only 28 days have elapsed since conception.
(around the nine-minute mark) As Renee heads upstairs and meets Charlie at the top by the caps, she appears to address him by her new husband's name, Phil.
In reality, Renee simply greets Charlie with 'hey!'; she doesn't say 'Phil.'
In the end credits, the name is misspelt as "Canpbell" rather than "Campbell".
(at about the 55-minute mark) When Bella is sitting in the car and is on the phone to Rosalie, the phone is still locked.
