Eraserhead goofs

Henry removes the wrong shoe or sock so he can dry it.

Towards the end of the film, a photograph that appears to depict the Hiroshima explosion hangs above Henry's bedside table. In the next shot, that photograph is gone.

When the boy who brings Henry's head to the pencil-making workshop turns away from the camera to enter the side entrance, he is unexpectedly wearing spectacles.

As Henry steps into Mary's home, a large, distinctive "dent" on the top of his head is clearly visible, but it vanishes once he is inside.

At the start, the man's hands rest on the door.

Henry tosses his sock onto the hob, but in the next scene it is seen in a different position.

Henry's hands shift position between two separate shots while he stands in the building's lift holding the brown paper bag.

The camera's shadow is visible during a tracking shot as it moves into the light towards the end of the film.

At the start, when the giant "spermatozoide" appears, an invisible thread can be seen on the right-hand side of the frame, pulling the prop.
