Phineas and Ferb goofs

In "Adulting", when Isabella shows her patches to Doof, their lip-synchronisation is slightly off.

Super Super Big Doctor repeatedly refers to "Remarkalonium" as an element. Later, it is revealed that "Remarkalonium" is in fact carbon dioxide, which is a compound rather than an element.

The funnel suspended over Candace in the dining room isn't visible until she brings it up.

In the closing shot, as the characters raise their fists, Isabella briefly vanishes and then reappears out of thin air. Additionally, in the wide shot Baljeet is positioned to Ferb's right, yet in the close-up he's to Phineas's left.

At the start of the sequence showing Baljeet, Isabella and Buford in a golf buggy, Baljeet is pictured wielding a rake. Yet two shots on — at the instant the Wilhelm Scream is heard — the rake has vanished, only to reappear several shots afterwards.

When Baljeet appears carrying the easel, he is holding its side. In the next shot, however, his hand has moved down to grip a corner of the paper on the easel.

When Phineas sings "When you blew up all those aliens", the Fireside Girl seated beneath Adyson Sweetwater has blonde hair; in the next shot, her hair is black.

Candice is singled out by the aliens because she can exhale "Remarkalonium", essentially carbon dioxide. Super Super Big Doctor entirely overlooks that Phineas, Ferb and the other humans who travelled to the planet have that same ability.
