For the past 8 years, Evgenia has frequently dreamt of her deceased son, who begs her to find him and bring him back. She doesn't understand where her real life is: here, with her husband and mother, or there, in her dreams, where her son reaches out to her. Every time the little boy appears to her in a dream, she starts to bleed from her nose. These dreams give Evgenia reason to believe that her son didn't actually die.
