"Poor Oligarch" is a Russian comedy-drama series. The events unfold in one of the elite cottage settlements of the capital, where the main character lives and thrives - a wealthy and respected individual who made his fortune in the 90s. However, times change, and success is often replaced by unexpected failures and disappointments. Finding himself in the shoes of an average Russian person, the oligarch is forced to learn to live in a new way.
