(around the 13-minute mark) After Bobby places his wager with Lucas and is talking to Jen, he vanishes and then reappears while Rafe is profiling the man at the bar.
(at around 32 mins) After J.D. dies, they carry his body out of the house on a bier. At that moment Nicole is holding a firearm and Bobby is carrying a thermal imaging camera. However, they weren't supposed to bring weapons and didn't have access to thermal imaging equipment or firearms until they broke into the (restricted) support area of the island.
(at about 1h 35 mins) When the man at the end is shot he bleeds from his neck. In the next shot, as he emerges from the water, there is no sign of injury to his neck, despite his line "I even got your bullet in my neck."
(at around 1 hour 15 minutes) After collecting ammunition in the mortuary, Vince's firearm repeatedly alternates between a Glock 17 and a Beretta 92FS.
(at around 19 mins) Shortly after they first arrive on the island, they are making a bet with the Rubik's Cube. When either Bobby or Lucas looks at his watch, the display reads 'SAT', despite it supposedly being Friday evening. They are due to be investigating the crime scene on Saturday morning; they had only just arrived and were settling in.
(at about 24 minutes in) While J.D. and Nicole are kissing in the shower, they suddenly swap places.
(at around 1 hr 35 mins) Near the end of the film, Sara and Gabe are standing on the beach as the helicopter approaches. They can be seen standing very close to the water's edge. In the next shot, viewed from the opposite side, they are abruptly shown considerably further back from the shoreline.
(at around 45 minutes in) While Gabe is detained, the handcuffs vanish and then reappear between cuts.
(at around 1 h 23 min) Near the end of the film, while Vince is in the lift, his weapon alternates between a Glock and a Beretta. In fact, it should be the Glock.
(at around 37 minutes) Immediately after the boat incident, the time is supposed to be just after 11:30. However, just before the scene of Sara stitching up Lucas' arm, we see a clock digit flip from "00" to "01". When Sara then looks at a clock, it reads 11:40.
(at about 1h 35 mins) At the end Lucas is shot in the top of his head and falls into the water. In the close-up, just as he is about to topple, his arms are down at his sides. Then, in the next shot from the water's surface, he is seen falling into the water with his arms raised above his head as if he's diving.
(at around 38 minutes) As Rafe and the others are having coffee, Rafe's mug vanishes and then reappears between cuts.
(at around 1 hour 40 minutes) In the closing scene, the two survivors depart in their helicopter. We are told the helicopter is due at 8:00 am and that the island they're on lies off the east coast of the United States. Yet the helicopter is shown flying directly into the sun in the final shot. If the sun is rising, they are heading the wrong way; if it is setting, they are airborne at the wrong time.
(at around 1h 35 mins) When the final man is shot at the swimming pool, he topples onto his side facing the pool. The next shot, taken from within the pool, shows him falling face‑first into the water.
(around the 18-minute mark) When the team first enter the island's main building, an overhead shot briefly shows the whole sound crew holding a boom microphone on a balcony in the lower-right corner of the frame.
(at around 1 h 12 mins) As Nicole dies from the acid in her smoke, she falls into the water. In the next shot, as her body sinks into the pool, an unidentified hand is clearly visible attempting to reach her.
(around the 27-minute mark) As Rafe and Bobby are about to step into the restaurant, the CCTV camera reappears and the camera operator is reflected in the camera's lens.
(at approximately 31 minutes) Brief exposure to liquid nitrogen is comparatively harmless; it will not instantly freeze a person's legs or body. A person's legs would not become frozen and broken after only a few seconds' exposure.
(at about 1 hr 35 mins) During the underwater shoot‑out at the end of the film, the semi‑automatic pistols used would not cycle the rounds as depicted. The pistols would fire underwater, but after the first shot they would jam, since insufficient pressure would be produced to overcome the surrounding water and fully eject the spent cartridge. A second shot would not be possible until the jam was cleared manually.
(at about 18 minutes) Liquid nitrogen is transported and stored in Dewars. If kept in a cylinder, it would cause the container to burst as the nitrogen vapourises.
(at around the 25-minute mark) When Bobby removes the starter from the fluorescent tube, the tube light switches off. The starter's sole purpose is to initiate the lamp; it does not contribute to its continued illumination.
(at around 44 minutes) Each set of blood-stained numbers is meant to repeat continuously across all the windows. However, on the window that should display 299,792,458 there is an error the first time it appears: above that number it reads 892,792,458.
(around the 19-minute mark) The lift in the building displays the Dutch designation for the ground floor — 'B' for Begane grond.
(at around 19 mins) When Bobby completes the Rubik's cube he claims it took him 1 minute 45 seconds, whereas in fact it took him 2 minutes 7 seconds to solve it.
At about 46 minutes, Sara remarks that nine-digit numbers have nine permutations, but since there are ten choices for each digit — assuming zero is included — the total ought to be 10 to the power of nine, that is, one billion possible numbers.
(at approximately 1 hour 2 minutes) During the DNA test sequence, the progress metre display on the "DNA sampling machine" shows 'sample amplfication' instead of the correct 'sample amplification'.
(about 3 minutes in) As J.D. and his partner drive past a house, then stop and reverse, a tow rope can be seen pulling the car backwards.
(at about the 31-minute mark) Before the gas cylinder topples we see an industrial yellow label labelled 'Helium'.
(at approximately 27 minutes) The CCTV camera shown in the film has no cables emerging from the cable-entry glands at the rear of the enclosure, nor is the bracket it is mounted on one that conceals the cabling; therefore the camera would have no power and would be unable to transmit any footage. Additionally, the housing and bracket depicted are not a PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) telemetry housing and so would be incapable of panning from side to side.
