"Gangster Petersburg 5: Oper" is a continuation of the famous Russian crime-detective series. The events take place in the Northern capital in 1986. Alexander Zverev, a police intern, is transferred to active duty and becomes an operative. However, his heart is broken by a married woman - the charming wife of his boss, Anastasia Tikhoretskaya. This lady has her own selfish interest in a romance with the young police officer. For her sake, Sasha decides to commit a crime in the line of duty and lets a dangerous criminal slip away...
