The series "Pálpito" is a mystical thriller about a mafia involved in the trade of human organs. The main character of the story is an ordinary man who suddenly loses his beloved wife after a seemingly simple and harmless operation. He begins his own investigation and finds evidence that his wife's heart was stolen for transplantation to another person. Driven by a thirst for revenge, he finds the woman who received her vital organ and starts a romantic relationship with her.
