(at around 54 mins) In the kitchen scene in which Anna cuts herself with an electric knife, Mark picks it up and proceeds to slice his left arm several times. The following day he is back in the kitchen with his sleeves pushed up, yet there are no cuts visible on his arm. Given the film's surreal nature, this may well have been deliberate. The camera lingers on the arm that was supposedly slashed. One can only speculate what, if anything, the filmmakers intended to convey, assuming the "gaff" was intentional.
