Pride and Prejudice (1995 - 1995)

"Pride and Prejudice" is an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Jane Austen. The mini-series tells the story of the Bennet spouses, who are hoping to successfully marry off their daughters with a small dowry. When the wealthy Bingley family arrives in the county of Hertfordshire, the lives of the poor are turned upside down. Gentleman Charles falls in love with Jane at first sight, dreaming of marrying her. His close friend Mr. Darcy opposes the union until he meets Elizabeth.
