The series is based on real events. At the center of the story is a famous athlete and true star of Peruvian football named Paolo Guerrero. The main character finds himself in a difficult life situation that could jeopardize his entire future career in professional sports. After testing positive for drug use, Paolo becomes involved in a legal battle. This happens just a few months before the World Cup.
