Housing lawyer Rita Galich works at a social center. One day, she receives news that her father, a respected lawyer and university professor, Evgeniy Vladimirovich, is accused of murdering his graduate student. Evgeniy Vladimirovich's guilt is obvious to everyone, he was detained at the crime scene, his fingerprints were found on the murder weapon and on the victim's body.
