The River (2012 - 2012)

"The River" is a pseudo-documentary horror film set in the Amazon. Far away from civilization, a rescue team tries to find the missing journalist, Emmett Cole. His wife, Tess, and son, Lincoln, lead the expedition. Accompanying them into the jungle is a film crew intent on turning the search into a reality show. On location, the group encounters phenomena that defy rational explanation. Not everyone will make it back alive from the tropical forests of Latin America.
