Prostaya zhizn (2013 - 2013)

Masha, a native Muscovite, sells her apartment and gives up work to get her beloved husband out of prison. After his release, the couple remain penniless. To make matters worse, it's impossible to get a job with a criminal past. In search of a way out, the family leaves Moscow for a remote village where Masha's old friend lives. But will the intellectuals from the capital be able to live in new conditions where no one cares about their qualifications and manners? Will they cope with such seemingly simple life?
