Death Note – "Death Note" is a Japanese television series based on the manga by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata. The story revolves around a Japanese God of Death named Ryuk, who becomes bored with his monotonous existence in the afterlife. In order to spice things up, Ryuk makes a decision that will soon cause great harm to humanity. He drops the Death Note onto Earth. Now, Ryuk is about to witness an exciting show, with ordinary mortals as its protagonists.
