Firefly (2002 - 2002)

"Firefly" is a cult science fiction show created by the FOX channel and director Joss Whedon. The story takes place in the distant future, when humanity has begun to live in another star system. The main characters are a group of smugglers who travel on a spaceship through the far corners of the galaxy. The main antagonist of the show is the "Alliance" - a union of two superpowers that have combined their resources and cultures into a single government.
