Tonkij vkus – "Tonkij vkus" is a documentary project about the lives and culinary creativity of four famous chefs in Moscow. The series consists of four episodes, each dedicated to one hero and their unique perspective on life, talent, and gastronomy. Evgeniy Vikentyev (Beluga), Anatoliy Kazakov (Selfie), Georgiy Troyan (Severyane), and Andrey Shmakov (SAVVA) share their culinary journey from their first internship to becoming the head chef of a restaurant in Moscow, a city with the highest standards for service and food quality.
