Freaks and Geeks (1999 - 2000)

"Freaks and Geeks" is a multi-series tragicomedy show that aired on NBC. The story takes place in the 1980s and revolves around a girl who attends a high school in Detroit. Linda is a straight-A student and a nerd. She hangs out with a group of "geeks" and secretly has a crush on their leader, Daniel. Under the pressure of her surroundings, Linda goes through many internal changes, tries forbidden substances for the first time, and argues with her best friend.
